On the call, she was friendly and thorough throughout asking for a background and various questions to rule out certain things. She went through all the things that I needed to look out for and sent this over to my email alongside a prescription in Italian and English should I need to get extra supplies for my child.
After the appointment, she has kept in touch to see how he is and answer any additional questions I might have.
I would recommend booking Amanda, we had our video call within 30minutes of filling out the online form.
